By registering for an account or using Save & Remit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and the rules governing the services offered by Save & Remit.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, PIN and verification codes. Any activity performed using your account is your responsibility.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and while using the application. Save & Remit shall not be responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or misleading information provided by users.

All savings deposits, withdrawals, remittances and other financial transactions are subject to verification, approval, system availability and applicable regulatory requirements. Certain transactions may require additional verification before processing.

Where applicable, service fees, transaction charges or third-party charges may apply. Any applicable fees will be communicated before a transaction is completed.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Save & Remit does not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, security measures or circumstances beyond our control.

You must not use the application for fraudulent activities, money laundering, terrorism financing, identity theft, unauthorized access, system interference, reverse engineering or any activity that violates applicable laws.

You agree to protect your login credentials and immediately notify Save & Remit if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches involving your account.

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, text, graphics and other content within the application remain the property of Save & Remit or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save & Remit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms & Conditions or where required by law or regulatory authorities.

Save & Remit may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published within the application or website. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zambia.
